This notice explains what personal data Orthic collects through this website and when you contact us, and how we use it. Orthic is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. For anything about your data, write to arjun@orthichq.com.

What this website collects

This website has no forms and does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts are served from our own site, not from a third party.

Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.

When you contact us

If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send: usually your name, company, role, contact details and your message. We use it only to reply to you and to discuss your enquiry. We don’t sell it, and we don’t add you to marketing lists without asking.

Documents shared during an engagement

Documents and records you share during a diagnostic or Sprint are covered by the mutual NDA and the engagement agreement we sign with you, not by this notice.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any engagement that follows, and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them for longer.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct or update it;
• delete it, where we no longer need it;
• stop using it where you gave consent and now withdraw it.

Write to arjun@orthichq.com with your request or any complaint. We will respond promptly and within the time the law requires. You can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
